Detroit police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 84-year-old man who suffers from dementia.
William Jacobs was last seen at 9:30 a.m. Monday near the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in the 4600 block of John R.
Jacobs is described as a black male, around 5'9" and 160 pounds. He has a salt and pepper mustache and a beard. He was last seen wearing a navy blue winter coat and black leather boots.
