DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police has located a missing 16-year-old girl who left home after an argument with her mother.
Police say Frankia Speed was last seen Sept. 30 in the 13000 block of West Eight Mile Road. It was reported on Thursday that she had returned home.
