The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating after a cargo plane landed with only two out of three functioning landing gear Wednesday night.
It happened around 10 p.m. and shut down the Willow Run Airport for an hour in Ypsilanti.
Two pilots were on board -- but they were not hurt.
We're told the plane did have some scratches -- but no major damage.
