Former Detroit City Council president Monica Conyers new host for 910AM Superstation

Former Detroit City Council President Monica Conyers is the new Sunday host for Detroit's 910AM Superstation.

Conyers' weekly show will start on September 25 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., according to a news release from Mort Meisner Associates. 

“I am excited to have Monica Conyers join us on 910AM Superstation where I think she’ll be bringing hope and inspiration to many people,” said 910AM Superstation CEO Kevin Adell in a press release. 

The show will cover a variety of topics and include guests. 

The former Detroit City Council president served 27 months in prison after pleading guilty to bribery charges in 2011.
