The Hashtag Lunchbag movement is seeking volunteers to help pack and distribute lunches to underprivileged people in Detroit.
The group will gather at Marygrove College on Oct. 30 at 10:30 a.m. to make lunches. They will distribute the lunchbags starting at noon.
Movement leaders are asking volunteers to bring a $10 donation to help cover the costs of groceries.
Hashtag Lunchbag is a national movement founded in 2012 to make bag lunches with love messages for underprivileged people.
Marygrove College is located at 8425 West McNichols Road in Detroit.
