With just days until Election Day, the latest poll of Michigan voters shows the gap between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump has narrowed. Clinton leads Trump 42% to 38% in an exclusive statewide poll commissioned by the Detroit Free Press.

There is a margin of error of +/- 4% in the poll which was conducted by the polling firm EPIC-MRA.

This 4-point difference comes after both campaigns have had an active week in Michigan. A previous poll, released on October 27th, showed a 7-point difference between the Democratic and Republican candidates.

“Clinton’s lead has slipped to 4 points, 42 to 38 percent, with her vote increasing by 1 point and Trump’s  vote increasing by 4 points. Much of Trump’s increased vote comes from Libertarian Gary Johnson’s vote slipping by four points and going to Trump, says pollster Bernie Porn. "Also, Clinton’s lead slipped slightly in the Wayne, Oakland and Macomb County region, but her vote among African Americans increased to 92 percent, and she leads by 6 points among those voters who are most enthusiastic about the election.”

Here are the latest Michigan presidential poll results. Respondents were polled between November 1st and 3rd:

42% - Hillary Clinton
38% - Donald Trump
5% - Gary Johnson
2% - Jill Stein
13% - Undecided/Other
