The giveaway is to celebrate the Detroit Carhartt location selling another batch of Eminem's E13 merchandise.
The pieces are part of the rapper's ongoing collaboration with hometown work apparel company.
Hoodies, shirts and hats sporting the anvil-themed E13 logo will be available Monday at Carhartt's midtown flagship store on Cass in Detroit.
A portion of the sales will benefit the Michigan State Verses Project: Fostering Literacy Through Songwriting.
It's a music and literacy program aligned with Michigan State University's community music school in Detroit.
Fans interested in the sneakers just have to stop by the store on Cass Avenue before March 13 at 7 p.m.
No purchase is necessary, interested parties just have to fill out an entry form in the store.
The winner will be selected by the end of the day on March 13.
