(WXYZ) — The Michigan Department of Health of Human Services says the person taken from Detroit Metro Airport for testing does not have coronavirus.
MDHHS says the person is not under investigation and did not meet the criteria for coronavirus testing.
The ill passenger was taken to a local hospital for further testing by the CDC on Tuesday.
This comes as the airport is on high alert for the coronavirus.
At this point, it is not clear what illness the passenger is suffering from.
