Police in East Lansing are looking for a man who caused damage to a CVS street ramp while trying to do a pull-up, possibly hurting himself in the process.

Surveillance pictures posted to the police department's Facebook page appear to show a man jumping up to grab an overhead clearance sign in a parking garage to do a pull-up.

The next picture shows the sign hanging, and another picture shows the man grabbing his head.

It happened in the early morning hours of May 17. Police say the man caused $163 worth of damage.

The Facebook post says officers believe the man has suffered enough punishment for his actions and they will not prosecute him if he turns himself in and pays to repair the damage.

If you can identify the man, call East Lansing police at (517) 319-6916.
