Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette will make a major announcement regarding his future plans on Tuesday night.

The announcement will take place at the Mid-Michigan Barbeque in his hometown of Midland, which starts at 5:30 p.m.
It's expected Schuette will announce his candidacy for Michigan Governor. The announcement will come around 6:30 p.m.
In a recent EPIC MRA poll, Schuette and Democratic candidate Gretchen Whitmer were tied with 37 percent each, but nearly 25 percent of people were undecided.
There is speculation that Lt. Gov. Brian Calley could be another Republican candidate for governor but he has made no announcement yet.
