(WXYZ) — Michigan State Police troopers will be back out on freeways in metro Detroit on Wednesday for another traffic crackdown.
Operation Slower to Lower Part 2 kicks off Wednesday morning. The crackdown will be enforced on I-96, I-75, the Lodge Freeway and Southfield Freeway.
Troopers are looking for aggressive drivers, distracted drivers, excessive speeders and non-seatbelt wearers.
MSP notes that the crackdown is the beginning of Labor Day enforcement.
