Michigan electors cast all 16 votes for President-elect Donald Trump on Monday afternoon in Lansing.

There were calls for those electors to change their vote, despite a state law stopping those electors from voting against the party that appointed them.
"I've received a lot of aggressive, angry, hateful messages from people who frankly don't understand our election process," one elector, Michael Banerian said.
It's possible in other states for electors to vote against their own party, but in Michigan, that elector could be removed from their position.
