Michigan Attorney General, Bill Schuette, and Michigan State University Police will update the public on their investigation into former gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar.
Nassar is the former team doctor for both MSU gymnastics and USA gymnastics.
Each organization is still conducting investigations, after a number of women have stepped forward with allegations of sexual abuse.
Nassar is currently on trial for a separate case, in which he's accused of abusing a family friend's child from age six to 12.
The woman, who is now 25, says Nassar continuously sexually abused her when her family visited his home in Holt, Michigan.
In court, she testified saying as a child she did come forward to her family, but nothing was done.
Nassar is accused of a larger abuse scandal, involving an estimated 150 gymnasts over 30 years. He no longer works for MSU or USA gymnastics, but many are blaming both organizations for not listening to outcries, made over several years.
Nassar is also already charged in a second case, for possession of child pornography and trying to destroy evidence.
Today's press conference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. in Lansing.
