The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is asking for the public's help to locate Jysell Lugo.
Lugo went missing in the Detroit area on August 22, 2013. It is believed she may still be in the area.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are hoping to bring her home in time for her 17th birthday which will be this Saturday, December 5.
Lugo is 5'1" and weighs 125 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.
The following are descriptions of the tattoos that she had when she was last seen:
· “Rose” and "Rosa"- right forearm
· 3 stars- inside of right forearm
· “Love" in purple- left forearm
· "Alexis"- left hip
· Red lips- right abdomen
· "Stay strong"- right chest
· Cross - back of neck
· "Marquis"- right wrist
