The National Park Service has filed a proposal to undo bans on certain techniques that hunters use in Alaska.
The proposal would allow hunters on some public land to be able to use food to bait brown bears and use spotlights to kill hibernating mother bears and cubs.
Hunters would also be able to hunt black bears with dogs, kill wolves and pups in their dens, and use boats to hunt swimming caribou.
The Obama Administration banned these methods in 2015.
