Penthouse at the top of Westin Book Cadillac in downtown Detroit up for sale at $4.9M

DETROIT (WXYZ) — A three-story penthouse at the top of the Westin Book Cadillac in downtown Detroit has hit the market for a whopping $4.9 million. The penthouse is presented by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and is more than 5,000 square feet.

It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is on floors 29, 30 and 31 of the hotel. There are two lavatories on floors 29 and 30, and it comes with two owned parking spaces.

On top of that, the person who owns it will have to pay $2,961 a month in home owners association dues and property taxes of $1,229.
