A Pontiac father who confessed to killing his own child last year was sentenced on Monday morning.
Damon Honer, 19, pleaded no contest to murder and child abuse charges in the death of his 7-month-old son, Aiden Logan. The baby died of massive head injuries in February 2015.
Honer reportedly told investigators he hit the infant's head against a wall after getting frustrated with his son's constant crying.
In all, a judge sentenced Honer to 25-80 years in prison.
