A final conference in the criminal sexual conduct trial for former Detroit City Council President Charles Pugh was held Friday morning.
Pugh appeared in court for the hearing.
He is charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct. Prosecutors say he met a 14-year-old boy, who was visiting Fox 2 News while Pugh was an anchor there in 2003.
He's accused of having a sexual relationship with the teen, which was described in detail at a court hearing in August.
In the hearing, the judge ruled on several motions, including one asking the case to be dismissed because the statute of limitations has passed. The judge denied that motion.
