A man has been arrested in the $500,000 armored car heist right that happened right outside of Greektown Casino.

It seemed like the perfect crime: a man, dressed in a Loomis security guard uniform, walked away with a half million dollars without using a weapon. It happened on November 28th - Black Friday.

The driver later told police that he thought the thief was a co-worker. It looked like a clean getaway - until now.

The FBI now says they have arrested 22-year-old David Troupe.

7 Action News stopped by Troupe's home on the west side. A woman who identified herself as his girlfriend says she didn't know anything about the heist.

Neighbors were clueless, too.

So, what happened to the cash and how did Troupe get caught? FBI has yet to release that information.
