In a strange coincidence, the surveillance cameras at Nino's liquor store that captured the abduction of 13-year-old Deontae Mitchell have now recorded an unidentified boy wearing handcuffs.

The boy indicated to witnesses that he'd been kidnapped.

Detroit Police are seeking the public's help in identifying the boy to find out if he's safe.

The boy walked into the store Wednesday around 1:00 p.m. and, at first, stated that he'd been playing with friends when he accidentally handcuffed himself, but he later stated to witnesses that he had been kidnapped.

Witnesses called 911, but when officers arrived, the boy was gone.

Nino's liquor store is located on the corner of East Warren and Buckingham on Detroit's east side.
