DETROIT (WXYZ) - Two teenage sisters are being treated in the hospital after being shot on Detroit's west side.
The scene is in the 16200 block of Iliene, near Purtian and Wyoming.
Police say a group of people was outside when shots were fired, striking a car that was driving by. The girls, aged 16 and 17, were riding inside.
Police say the 16-year-old was grazed, while the 17-year-old suffered a penitrating wound.
They were taken to the hospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
Police do not have anyone in custody.
