Sydney Dalia is charged in federal court with fraud after FBI agents say she ripped off people looking to buy expensive handbags by having them wire her thousands of dollars for the bags that she never sent to them.
Dalia, 24, is said to have access to 26 PayPal accounts.
She's expected to appear in federal court tomorrow or early next week.
