The man police say was driving a pickup truck when it plowed into a Warren bus stop is facing felony charges.

Gary Paul Daleo has been charged with 3 counts of Reckless Driving Causing Serious Bodily Impairment and 3 counts of Operating While Impaired Causing Serious Bodily Impairment.
He was arraigned in 37th District Court and a not guilty plea was entered. He was give a $70,000 cash or surety bond.
Each count carries a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine
Daleo is due back in court on August 15.
