Aaron Krajenka of Clarkston showed us his Dodge pickup, including the Progressive Snapshot device which he says proves his vehicle was nowhere near Detroit in February of this year.

He says his wife was driving the truck in Clarkston and data shows it.

But at the same time, his truck was apparently being ticketed in the city.

Krajenka got the ticket in the mail.He disputed it online, but that dispute was dismissed for a lack of evidence.

We called the city of Detroit. They told us surveillance images show a truck which appears to match Krajenka's vehicle.

The officer who wrote the ticket cross checked the plate with the state, but added, "If the owner is able to provide verifiable information from Progressive that validates their claims, the ticket will be dismissed."

Which means if Krajenka can get his insurance company to back up his claims he can keep his $45 fine.
