Clean up continues at a home in Madison Heights after it burst into flames following a car crash.
Neighbors say they heard a big crash, boom and explosion. That's when the saw a Mustang on fire next door.
The car crashed right into the home's living room. Keith Bible said he immediately ran to the driver and tried to pull him out because of the flames.
The driver, a 30-year-old man from Clawson, was taken to the hospital for his injuries. AS for the resident of the home, it was a very close call but he was not injured.
Police say they believe alcohol did play a role in the crash, and it is still under investigation.
