There's a scare on campus after Oakland University Police received a report of a sexual assault over the weekend.
Students say they're concerned about what happened.
Senior Cassidy Hansen say's she heard about the incident, but didn't know exactly what happened.
"That's actually really scary I don't even know what to say about that," said Hansen.
The report says a student was approached near the Elliott Tower by an unidentified male. The report goes on to say the male pulled down his pants and pulled the student on top of him.
"I just feel like now-a-ays no where is safe, to be honest," said Hansen.
The report says the assault happened on the main campus around 12:30 Sunday morning.
Freshman Brela Flemming is concerned, since there's been several incidents recently.
"It kind of makes me nervous because it's like the second incident since we've been here," said Flemming.
Students are taking every precaution they can, especially at night.
"I got my pepper spray, I'm about to have everything out and just be protected. I'm definitely not going to be walking anywhere alone," said Hansen.
The suspect is described as a white male, roughly 5 foot 6, with a slim build, brown hair, blue eyes. He was wearing white shorts and shirt.
Flemming and Hansen have some advice for fellow students.
"Pepper spray, whistles, have your keys in between your fingers, said Hansen.
"Buddy system always work, walking around in groups and just being aware," said Flemming.
