A psychological evaluation has been ordered for a Royal Oak doctor who is accused of making death threats against prosecutors, judges and attorneys.
Dr. Kumar Singh is charged with nearly 2-dozen felonies.
Dr. Singh allegedly made the threats on Facebook and by telephone and text messages.
We're told they're linked to a previous criminal case in which Singh claims to have been mistreated and says it tarnished his image.
The charges include terrorism, ethnic intimidation and using a computer to commit a crime.
