3 teens charged in Westland double murder that may be linked to drugs

Three teens have been charged in connection with a double murder that occurred Monday in Westland.

Two men were killed in a shooting investigators believe is liked to drugs.

Dominik Charleston has been charged with two counts of first degree murder, two counts of felony murder, two counts of armed robbery and one count of felony firearms. The 19-year-old from Romulus was remanded to jail without bond.

Kobi Taylor has been charged with two counts of felony murder, two counts of armed robbery and one count of felony firearms. The 19-year-old, who is homeless, was remanded to jail without bond.

Amber Tackett has been charged with two counts of felony murder and two counts of armed robbery. The 17-year-old from Taylor was also remanded to jail without bond.

All three are due back in court on February 16 for a probably cause examination.
