Officials say they have found 15 to 20 cats living in a hoarder’s home after responding to a water main break.
When DPW got into the home to shut off the gas, they discovered the cats and called Downriver animal control.
The animal control center has removed all of the cats they could capture from the home and are now looking for people willing to adopt.
