Lincoln Park police have released the name and a picture of the second suspect wanted in the kidnapping and rape of a woman.
He has been identified as 19-year-old Fernando Anderson IV. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
The release of the information about Anderson comes after another suspect in the case turned himself in following media broadcasts. Warrants are currently being sought against that suspect, and he is expected to be arraigned in 25th District Court as early as tomorrow.
Yesterday police released surveillance photos of the two suspects involved in the incident.
According to police, the suspects pulled a gun on the woman and approached her as she was parked at a drug store around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30.
They then got into her car and drove around with the victim, and "periodically took turns raping her," police say.
We're told they pulled a gun on her, but let her go because the younger suspect needed to be home by 10 p.m. as a requirement of his tether.
Police responded and took the victim to the hospital to be checked out.
