The 27-year-old suspect who has now been linked to a series of three recent home invasions in the Grosse Pointes will face a judge today.

The man is actually going before a judge on a separate outstanding warrant for a home invasion that happened earlier this year.

The suspect was taken into custody Sunday morning outside a home on Madison in Grosse Pointe Farms.

Police say regarding the recent home invasions, the first assault happened last week in Grosse Pointe Woods.  The second was in Grosse Pointe on Saturday morning.

Police say the latest incident involved a minor.

The 27-year-old man at the center of the investigations lives on Moross, not far from all of the crimes.

He has also served time in prison for armed robbery, according to police.
