Dearborn police say they have arrested three people in connection to different threats and harassment while dressed as scary clowns.
According to police, it stems from two different incidents that are still being investigated. Police say they have also investigated other unfounded reports.
"These incidents create unnecessary hysteria within our community and threats will not be tolerated," Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said.
Right now, charges are pending due to the ongoing investigation.
Though the department has investigated other "scary clown" sightings, none have been deemed factual.
They are asking anyone with concerns about the incidents to call police right away.
