Highland Park police are investigating after a woman was shot and killed inside a club early Sunday morning.
According to police, the suspect was inside the Social Club on Woodward and Highland when an altercation broke out. The man pulled out a gun and opened fire, according to police.
We're told a 27-year-old woman was found shot inside. She was transported to Henry Ford Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
According to police, the suspect also fired shots outside and another victim was hit twice in the leg.
The suspect is described as a black man with medium complexion, 5-feet-11-inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a red hat or hoodie, and was possibly driving a white or silver Dodge Magnum with tinted windows.
Police are asking anyone with information to call them immediately.
