With the snow coating the road, we’re investigating the worst areas expected for drivers overnight and into the morning.

Road crews typically see a lot of traffic in the area of 7 Mile and Haggerty.

Salt truck drivers who were loading up for a long night told us they want drivers to keep in mind that rainy conditions still require you to be more alert - especially with falling temps and more snow coming.

Add to that, we've checked with the 3 main counties in southeast Michigan and here are the driving locations where they expect to see most trouble spots early tomorrow:

Oakland:

  • I-75 & Baldwin
  • Lapeer Rd. & I-75
  • Green Lake Rd.
  • I-75 & 696
  • I-275 & 696
  • Tel & 696

Wayne:

  • M-14 & US-23
  • 94 & 275
  • Lodge & Davison
  • SF Freeway & I-96
  • Tel. & 96
  • Lodge & 94

Macomb:

  • 26 Mile between North & Romeo Plank
  • 32 Mile between Gratiot and Dequindre
  • M-59 & Mound
