Who are those people begging in the burbs?

It's become an increasing issue in the suburbs. People standing on the street corners, begging for your money.  But, should you give? Are they really in need?

It's an issue 7 Action News Reporter Ronnie Dahl set out to investigate.

It started with an email about a guy in Farmington Hills. His name is Allen. He stands on the corner along Grand River Avenue, holding a handmade sign. He claims to be a vet, who lost everything. He is homeless and hungry. 

But is he really?
