With just over one month until Detroit's own Kid Rock opens Little Caesars Arena, we're getting our first look at the new sign going up outside of the arena.

Our camera crews caught workers busy overnight placing huge letters on the arena, bringing in some big cranes to handle the job.
Right now, work is going on nearly 24 hours a day as they prepare for the Sept. 12 concert with Kid Rock. He's playing six shows between Sept. 12 and Sept. 20.
The Detroit Red Wings open the building with their first home preseason game on Sept. 23, and Ed Sheeran performs his show in Detroit on Sept. 27.
