The Macomb County Sheriff's Office says a Taylor man has been arrested after he allegedly tried to solicit sex with a minor.
Deputies report 56-year-old William Rollins met who he thought was a minor online and tried to arrange a sex meet-up. After conversations both online and via text, deputies say the man drove to a predetermined location to meet the girl and was subsequently arrested.
Rollins is facing a number of charges including child sexually abusive activity and using a computer to commit a crime.
He was officially arraigned on February 13 and is expected back in court on February 27.
