DETROIT (WXYZ) — 7 Action News has learned that a teenager has been electrocuted on Detroit's west side, near Highland Park.
Family members have identified the teen as 15-year-old Manuel Pelayo Jr. They say he was at the facility with a family friend and they were trying to prevent break-ins when he came across a live wire.
The scene is in the 14000 block of Woodrow Wilson, near Oakman Blvd. and the Lodge Freeway.
