Teens arrested for armed home invasion in Bloomfield Township

Bloomfield Township police have arrested three suspects for an armed home invasion earlier this week.

According to police, dispatch received a call around 9:40 p.m. on Tuesday from someone screaming for help. They went  to the home in the 2700 block of Acorn Rd. near Telegraph and Square Lake for a welfare check.

While on the way, police heard the caller was reported a possible armed robbery and home invasion by three men, and the woman told dispatch they fled the scene.

Officers arrived within minutes and began searching the area for the suspects. They observed a dark-colored Pontiac driving on Acorn Rd. with three men inside. Police pulled the car over and arrested all three men.

When searching the vehicle, they found a small handgun, matching the description of the handgun used, and several items that linked the men inside to the home.

Dezman Fayne, Hayward McAllister and Dorian Kellman were all charged with first degree home invasion and armed robbery. Kellman, who was driving, is also charged with possession of a firearm during the commissionn of a felony armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony home invasion.

All three suspects are 17 years old and from Pontiac.

They were arraigned on the charges and given $500,000 bond. Kellman was given a $750,000 bond.
