Four elementary school students who attend a school in Flint have one chilling connection - their mouths were taped shut by the teacher.
They were then showcased to the class to make an example.
After the incident, the teacher provided a detailed write-up about the situation.
Now Investigator Jim Kiertzner is confronting the teacher at the center of this disturbing case.
