(WXYZ) — Are you tired of dark mornings on your way to work or school?

If so, you'll be glad to hear Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, November 3. Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour before heading to bed Saturday night. The tradition of "falling back" means you get back the hour of sleep you lost when Daylight Saving Time started in March.

Since 2007, Daylight Saving Time begins on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.

Daylight Saving Time is observed in about 70 countries worldwide. Those regions that don't observe the time change include U.S. territories such as American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Both Hawaii and Arizona are included in the list, as well.
