Huntington Bank in Warren released surveillance video showing a man dousing a clerk in gasoline and robbing the bank.
The robber told the first clerk that he wants to open a checking account and waits several minutes.
As he waits to talk to a second clerk, he pulls out a duffle bag hidden under his coat, gives her the note and suddenly splashes her with gasoline he had in a small bottle, threatening to light it if they didn't give him the money.
A manager comes forward to put the cash in the bag, and the clerk is able to move to another room and lock the door.
Huntington Bank is putting up a reward of $20,000. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Warren Police Department at 586-574-4700.
