Victory is sweet. Who knew it was as sweet as a French crossaint?

IndyCar drivers Simon Pagenaud and Sebastien Bourdais visited WXYZ one week before the Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix races.

The French drivers led a baking segment with Brad Galli, teaching our sports anchor how to make croissants. One problem: Brad bought crescent rolls.

Galli made a bet with the drivers: if they won on Belle Isle, he'd bring them croissants. Bourdais made good on his end, winning the first Dual race.

Brad held up his end of the bargain (kind of) and watched as Pagenaud celebrated his own second place finish with a champagne shower.
