With under four months until the opening of Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, a new photo from The District Detroit shows the practice rink below the arena beginning to form.

The new photo shows seats, boards and benches in place at the rink.
The Detroit Red Wings will not be the only team using the rink. It will also be home to Little Caesars AAA Hockey Club and Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League for tournaments, events and training.
“It’s a major commitment,” Former Red Wings player Kris Draper said. “You just don’t see that in the NHL, it’s going to be state-of-the art for the Detroit Red Wings but also for Little Caesars Amateur Hockey as well.”
