The Pistons center is going to be in the NBA Slam Dunk Contest.
Drummond will have the challenge of taking down defending champion, Timberwolves guard Zach Levine.
Nuggets guard Will Barton and Magic guard Aaron Gordon will also take part in the event.
Giving the big man, Drummond, some hope, look back at 2008 champion Dwight Howard or 2011 winner Blake Griffin.
The last Pistons player to participate in the NBA's Slam Dunk Contest was Jerry Stackhouse in 2000.
