Deputies in Oakland County say 2 suspects are behind a break-in that cost a victim a small fortune. The crime was also caught on surveillance video.
One burglar made his way into the house.
The victim told Oakland County deputies he came home from the casino to find a break-in. He says the thieves stole $400,000 cash from a safe in the home.
The thieves allegedly also took gold and silver bars, along with a diamond ring.
The safe had been pried open and heavily damaged. During the break-in on Sunday.
Deputies say the suspects apparently wore gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
The homeowner told authorities that he forgot to set the alarm.
