(WXYZ) — Police Commissioner Willie Burton will speak about his expectations at future Detroit Police Board of Commissioners meetings.
During the last meeting, Burton was hauled out in handcuffs. The board chair, Lisa Carter, ordered Burton's removal after he reportedly asked what she would do differently than the past chairman. Carter told Burton multiple times he was "out of order," and officers handcuffed him.

The incident occurred during a heated debate over the use of facial recognition technology.
Burton was arrested by police, but Detroit Police Chief James Craig decided to drop the matter.
