The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office has charged a man involved with the fatal shooting of one teen and non-fatal shooting of three more teens on Halloween.
Officials say 25-year-old Antonio Carols Hubbard was charged with murder, armed robbery and possession of a firearm.

On Oct. 31 around 4:18 p.m., Detroit Police were flagged down regarding shots fired into a home on Langholm Street. In the backyard of the home, officers discovered one male teen suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead on arrival to a local hospital.
The three other male teens who suffered non-fatal wounds were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
After an investigation, police were able to locate Hubbard and take him into custody.
Hubbard is due back in court on Nov. 19.
