The 43-year-old man who caused a deadly drunk driving crash while behind the wheel of his Maserati in January broke down in court today as the victim's sister read an impact statement.

Gregory Belkin was driving the 2014 Maserati on Square Lake Road when he hit a Subaru. The driver of the Subaru, 53-year-old Rhonda Williams, was killed in the crash.
"She loved others," Rhonda's sister said in court. "She would have loved this defendant here in this court case."
After the full impact statement, Belkin had a chance to speak.
Through tears, he looked toward Rhonda's sister: "I'm so sorry."
Investigators say a preliminary blood test showed Belkin's blood-alcohol level was .26 at the time of the crash, more than three times the legal limit.
Belkin served in the US Coast Guard. The judge noted she took his service into account before sentencing him to a minimum of 25 years in prison.
