Attorney Geoffrey Fieger has filed a motion requesting that prominent lawyer Mike Morse be ordered to preserve texts and social media messages.
This motion comes after Fieger filed a lawsuit claiming Morse sexually assaulted a woman at Steven Lelli’s Inn on the Green restaurant in Farmington Hills. The lawsuit claims Morse grabbed a woman’s breasts while taking a photo with him.

Fieger claims Morse has a history of making unwanted advances toward women, and claims to have witnesses that have come forward.
In the motion, Fieger claims there are screenshots and an audio recording where Morse reportedly admits to sexually assaulting the woman.
Fieger wants a court order prohibiting Mike Morse from deleting or altering any social media accounts, claiming that if Morse deletes messages it would hinder the plaintiff's case.
Morse adamantly denies allegations that he sexually assaulted the woman.
After the lawsuit was filed, Mike Morse responded in a news conference.
“This lawsuit is a bogus, manufactured lawsuit, in an attempt to extort money from me by the Fieger Law Firm,” Morse said. “This lawsuit is complete and utter nonsense, and I will vigorously defend myself against these false claims.
